The Wisper Wayfarer H7 Step-Through is a practical, low-stand-over city e-bike built around a hand-welded 6061 alloy frame and a 250W rear hub motor delivering 50Nm at the wheel. Power comes from a removable in-frame lithium battery, available in 450Wh or 700Wh, giving a real-world range of roughly 60 to 90 miles between charges. Pedal assist cuts out at the UK legal 15.5mph, with a handy 4mph walk-assist for manoeuvring.

Riding kit is sensible and durable: Shimano Altus 8-speed gearing, Wisper Apex hydraulic disc brakes, 27.5in wheels on puncture-resistant Kenda tyres, a 100mm-travel Suntour fork and a backlit LCD display. Full mudguards, a rear rack, integrated lights and a comfort saddle make it commute-ready out of the box.

This electric bike meets UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) requirements: a 250W motor providing pedal-assistance that cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h). It can be ridden on UK roads, cycle paths and bridleways with no licence, registration, road tax or insurance required, by riders aged 14 or over.
