Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Selected products may be available for delivery to the EU — shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery costs

Bikes & off-road machines: free delivery to UK mainland.
Parts, batteries, accessories & cameras: tracked courier, typically £5.99 (free over a qualifying order value where stated).
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote postcodes: a surcharge may apply and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

In-stock bikes are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days after pre-delivery inspection. Parts and accessories usually ship within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout; you will receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Batteries

Lithium batteries are shipped in line with UK carrier regulations and may be sent separately from the main item.

Receiving your order

Please check your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours. For returns and refunds, see our Delivery & Returns page.
