Delivery

We offer free delivery on all bikes to UK mainland addresses. Accessories, parts and cameras are sent via tracked courier (typically £5.99). Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote postcodes may carry a surcharge, shown at checkout. Bikes are dispatched assembled and inspected wherever possible.

Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days for a refund. Bikes must be returned unridden, in original packaging and condition. Some items (e.g. fitted electrical parts) may be non-returnable for safety reasons. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us and we’ll help arrange any warranty claim.
