The Talaria Sting R (model code TL4000) is the uprated version of the original Sting, built for serious off-road riding. Its air-cooled interior-permanent-magnet motor produces 4kW continuously and peaks at 8kW with 45Nm of torque, pushing top speed to around 53mph. A 60V 45Ah lithium-ion pack (2.7kWh) using LG 21700 cells delivers a real-world 40 to 55 miles depending on mode, recharges in roughly three hours, and unclips in seconds so a spare can be swapped trail-side.
A forged 6061 aluminium chassis keeps weight to just 66kg, while a genuine two-speed gearbox, twin four-piston 220mm hydraulic discs with adjustable regen, and 19in spoked wheels make it equally capable on technical climbs and faster trails.
