Frame & Fork — 2–5 years against manufacturing defects
Motor & Battery — 2 years (capacity guarantee: ≥60 % after 500 charge cycles)
Electrical components — 1–2 years
Consumables (brake pads, tyres, chain) — not covered

Most batteries charge in 3–6 hours from flat using the supplied charger. Fast-charge options (where available) can halve this time.
Yes. Our bikes carry an IP rating (see spec tab) and are designed for UK weather. Avoid submerging the battery or motor. Dry and lightly oil the drivetrain after wet rides.
