Built for downhill rigs, fat bikes and heavily-loaded cargo frames with extra-wide bottom-bracket shells, this VOLTARC kit combines the heavy-duty Bafang BBSHD 48V 1000W mid-drive with a 120mm BSA spacer set for a clean, correct fit. The BBSHD’s larger gears and uprated controller sustain a thumping 160Nm of torque through your drivetrain, with pedal-assist and a full hand/thumb throttle for maximum trail capability. Includes the BBSHD motor, 120mm BB spacer kit, lockring spanner, chainring, motor-cut-off brake levers, gear sensor, colour display, PAS sensor and full wiring loom. For off-road / private land use only — not road-legal in the UK. At 1000W with a full throttle it is far outside the UK EAPC limits and must only be ridden on private land or off-road with permission.
