Ride1Up Roadster V3 Belt-Drive City E-Bike

The Ride1Up Roadster V3 is a stripped-back, fast city e-bike that hides its electronics inside a slim aluminium frame so it reads more like a smart fixie than a power-assisted commuter. This belt-drive version swaps a derailleur for a maintenance-free single-speed Dayco Power Carbon belt, so there is no chain to oil, no gears to index and very little to go wrong on a daily ride.

Power comes from a compact 500W Mivice rear hub motor with 50 Nm of torque, fed by a removable 36V 360Wh Samsung battery for a claimed 20-40 miles per charge. A contactless Intui-Drive torque sensor delivers smooth, proportional assistance, while Tektro hydraulic discs and 700x45c gravel tyres keep it composed across tarmac and rougher towpaths. At roughly 40 lb it stays easy to carry and park.
