A higher-capacity 36V 17.5Ah (630Wh) Hailong downtube pack for riders who want extra range from a 36V conversion. Uses graded 18650 cells with a 30A continuous BMS providing balanced charging and full protection against over-current, over-charge and over-discharge. Mounts to the frame’s bottle-cage bosses in the familiar Hailong case and locks securely with the supplied key. Compatible with 36V mid-drive and hub kits including Bafang BBS01 and 250W hub conversions. Terminated with an XT60 discharge plug and a 42V charge port. Charger sold separately. Confirm your controller is a 36V unit before fitting.

No. EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) e-bikes are legal on UK roads without a licence, insurance, or registration, provided the motor assists only while pedalling and is limited to 250 W / 15.5 mph.
Range depends on the battery size, rider weight, terrain, and assist level. Check the specific product specification for its stated range; typical figures are 40–120 miles per charge.
Most batteries charge in 3–6 hours from flat using the supplied charger. Fast-charge options (where available) can halve this time.
Yes. Our bikes carry an IP rating (see spec tab) and are designed for UK weather. Avoid submerging the battery or motor. Dry and lightly oil the drivetrain after wet rides.
