Convert your 27.5″ (650b) trail hardtail or hybrid with the compact Bafang G310 front geared hub motor. Rated at a nominal 250W with cadence pedal-assist and a 6km/h walk-assist mode only, this kit is road-legal in the UK (EAPC) — legal on roads, bridleways and cycle paths with assist limited to 25km/h. The front-hub design leaves your rear drivetrain and brakes fully standard, so fitting is straightforward on most disc or rim-brake forks. Includes the laced motor wheel, Bafang colour display, brake cut-off levers, 12-magnet PAS sensor and waterproof connectors. Add a 36V down-tube or rear-rack battery to complete the build.
This electric bike meets UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) requirements: a 250W motor providing pedal-assistance that cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h). It can be ridden on UK roads, cycle paths and bridleways with no licence, registration, road tax or insurance required, by riders aged 14 or over.

Most batteries charge in 3–6 hours from flat using the supplied charger. Fast-charge options (where available) can halve this time.
Yes. Our bikes carry an IP rating (see spec tab) and are designed for UK weather. Avoid submerging the battery or motor. Dry and lightly oil the drivetrain after wet rides.
