Are your electric bikes road-legal?
Our e-Bikes are EAPC-compliant: a 250W motor with pedal-assistance up to 15.5 mph. They are road-legal in the UK with no licence, tax or insurance required.
Are Sur-Ron and Talaria bikes road-legal?
No. Off-road electric machines such as Sur-Ron and Talaria are not road-legal in the UK and must only be used on private land or closed circuits with the landowner’s permission.
